    4.   Customizable Client Lists - New!

You control the layout and the content.  Select what you want to appear in each column, the sort order and with our new easy to use query builder, set criteria for which clients are to be included in the report.  Do you want to know which clients were initially abortion minded that are now planning to carry?  How about which clients had an ultrasound and what were their intentions afterwards?  With custom client lists, its easy to find out.  Client lists are automatically saved for future use.

You decide what choices are available for referral source, race, religion, reason for visit, referrals and services provided and more. Also, we have an integrated database for your counselors. This database is linked to a pull down list box in the client record for easy counselor selection. CISWIN also offers 10 customizable counseling topics with up to 5 user definable responses for each topics.

    7.   Track medical clients - New!

Track medical visits separately within your existing client records.  Also, if your center does ultrasounds referred by other centers, no problem since CISWIN lets you create a "Medical Only Client".  These clients do not appear in your regular client statistical reports.  Track ultrasound data, client vitals and current lifestyle information within the medical record.  Additionally, within each medical visit, you can track the client's intention after the ultrasound as well as 10 medical counseling topics customizable to meet your center's needs.  All medical data is available on the medical statistical report.  This report includes client demographics as well as decision change information after each type of medical visit.  Decision change information is also available by number of weeks gestation.  Additionally, for security reasons, you decide who in your center has access to these highly confidential records.

    8.   Each client visit is tracked individually.

CISWIN Automatically creates a counseling history for each client. Information tracked on each visit includes pregnancy test result (or no test), reason for visit, decision changes, referrals and services provided that day, counselor seen and responses for up to 10 counseling topics discussed.

To help keep your cost down, software updates and changes to the users manual are also available via the Internet.  Additionally, each year you will receive the most recent version on CD by mail.

CISWIN offers five easy ways to look up a client record. Search for a client by case number, last name, first name, birth date or counselor name. Then scroll through client records by the search criteria selected.

  12.  Data conversion is available from most other programs.

We can convert data from Clientrak, Directors Assistant, Access, File Maker Pro, Excel and most homegrown products.  In many cases we can convert your data in a few days after receiving it.
